Quotes, estimates and bookings
Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Service guarantee
If you are not satisfied with an area we cleaned, tell us within 24 hours of your visit and we will re-clean that area at no charge. Requests after 24 hours are reviewed case by case.
Pets, valuables and safety
Please secure cash, jewelry and irreplaceable items before your visit. Let us know about pets that may be anxious or protective. Crews may decline to clean areas that are unsafe, including active pest infestations or biohazards.
Damage and claims
Report any damage within 48 hours. We carry general liability insurance and will repair, replace or reimburse items damaged through our negligence, subject to reasonable depreciation and the limits described here.
Demo website
This is a demonstration website. Maple & Mop is a fictional business and all names, prices, reviews and credentials are sample content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of NC.
